Phillips Bicycle - $500
This is a unique bike. It was made in the Raleigh factory in Nottingham in 1973 and is beyond unique. If you go on eBay you can find some decals and literature- there have been no complete Phillips bikes for sale on eBay in the last 6 years. The original tires were Raleigh and were threadbare and had to be replaced. I was not fast enough to realise I was throwing out history. Second gear has a few broken teeth and can be difficult- but the remainder of the 3 speed hub is intact. This is a compact, fast and lethal bike. I had an epic accident on it requiring emergency room treatment. The bike remained unscathed. This price is firm. If you cannot afford it, simply walk away. If you are ready - this bike can be yours.
