I use an Adamo, I got it cause my junk and my toes would always go numb on long rides, no problems since. If you sit on it correctly you should be resting on the front end, nicely fit into the groove, supported right under the two butt cheeks where the pelvic bones are.

When i sprint or TT it just fits perfectly nudged up on the front of the saddle.
