Selle Italia has a similar design with a saddle called the SMP.
Selle Italia is not the producer of this saddle- it's a different company all together. I've put a few miles on the SMP Evolution and Composite- both were incredibly comfortable.

The ISM is a novel idea, but doesn't work for me.

Furthermore, both John Cobb and Steve Toll are full of crap.
