54 will be way to small. 56 or 58 would likely fit.
+1 to all that, including the link.
I'm 6'1" and ride a 58cm bareknuckle and its spot on for me. Either 56 or 58 will probably work for you with either a longer or shorter stem. Pay more attention to (effective) top tube length and head tube length and don't worry about a frame's "size" or its standover.
