Bikes: Bill Holland (Road-Ti), Fuji Roubaix Pro (back-up), Bike Friday (folder), Co-Motion (tandem) & Trek 750 (hybrid)

On long rides I like standing once every ten or fifteen minutes, just to relieve muscle tension. And on steep climbs I just enjoy it.
