). I'm no fan of the "throw a coffee can on your mom's civic and run 16s at the drag stip" mentality, but I can say that the one reasonably powerful japanese car I owned (and rebuilt) was a blast.
I had a 280Z I adored.. I'm really not that closed minded. It's just fun to tease the import fans from time to time. I've seen an Evo and STi run against a Lamborghini, and beat it around a track, so yeah, they are very respectable in all honesty.
I hve a '66 dodge charger, actually. I'm a mopar guy at heart.
