LOL...for now I stay away from the ice floes...the folks from around here, however, fear it not! There are almost as many bikes parked in the covered bikepark where I work now as there is in the summer! It's impressive to behold them staying upright down a steep cobblestoned road slicked with ice, muck, and slush...

Daylight savings approaches and with it...more daylight! I took daylight for granted in 'bama. Of course, we peak out at about 6 hrs of daylight in the winter here so it was a tad rough my first winter here
