Anyone know where to get a Velosteel coaster hub?

I don't know of anywhere in the US, but I do have a line on a place in Germany. They sell for $26 but they apparently ship Express only so the shipping is ~$100!
If several folks wanted to go in with me on an order, the per-hub delivered price will come down dramatically. Shipping cost is the same per order (I checked one hub, and three hubs - same shipping.)

Anyone?

PS I know Kogswell used to have them, but I haven't been able to reach them on the phone, voicemail, or email.
