Mustache bars are called mustache bars. Track bars are super deep drop, large swoop forward. They're basically designed for a super aero position in a velodrome. I've never ridden them before, but I don't know that they convey any advantage off-track, more of an aesthetic and soul kind of thing. No reason to throw them on a street-fix conversion.

Moonshot: ouch! Don't remind me! My Fuji fixed conversion has downtube shifter bosses. The first time I went for a skid I totally messed up the insides of my thighs. Doh!
