About halfway through the course one guy on my team dropped off the back and the coach dropped off to pull him up, leaving just the two of us remaining against the 4 on the other team. (this is all on trainer mounted bikes on the computer) We had to take turns pulling, and I was the stronger one on the pull. At the end, nobody on the other team had enough left to sprint against us either, where I just cranked it up and the only person that challenged, one of the young women, couldn't keep up.
Old guys rule. (except old guys have knee problems the next day, nothing serious.)

I know what a Computrainer is but what I do not understand are the rules or the software for this simulation. When the guy slowed down how did the coach "pull" him back?
