I have one and it's a very nice bike. It was the entry level race bike in 1980, but according to the 1980 catalog it was only the 3rd model down from the top (at least for the US import bikes). It's built from Zeta tubes and it's the last year to have the 70's style lugs with the cut-outs. It's not a Reparto build and the construction is pretty crude. But they are relatively light and ride very well.

That bike is pretty original except for the headset (which is a good upgrade as the stock one is junk), the wheels (originally came with Mavic tubulars), the brakeset (originals are Universal 77), the shifters (original are campy), and the saddle. It looks to be in nice shape as well. I'd say if it stays near the current price it would be a good deal. I know I'd want a lot more for mine (which is almost 100% original)

That seller must have stumbled upon a nice little stash of Bianchi's. Obviously not a "bike guy" but was selling a cherry early 60's Specialissma a couple of weeks ago. I think he must have been shocked to get what he did for that one, and I hope he's not expecting the same for this one.
