Well, it sounds to me like the Tommasini family sold the rights here in the US, and the guy who owns the name in the US is bummed that someone with European rights is selling them to the states via eBay, but I don't think that he can do anything about it. If that is the case, then there are better ways to deal with this than to defame him on an internet forum.

If Mozzy66's story checks out, than imagine that this will ultimately only be good for the Gorilla Tommasini frames, since it's going to increase awareness of them hundreds of times over. They look like great frames, and I considered buying one when I decided to get a my new steel road bike, before I landed on a Gunnar.
