Speak to the LBS, get him to give you a better price on the wheels.

If you charged it and the price didn't come down, hose em back, put a stop payment on the charge until you're satisfied.

Tell the cc company, he never disclosed the year of the wheels, and if you had known, you would not have purchased it.
