Bukit Timah bike shops (near beauty world). Saw some signs outside 1 bike shop stating that there are renting their bikes by the hour possibly for bike trial at Bukit Timah Hill.

whole day rental, I'm not sure, pls check at the link bridge near Sentosa's entrance (Bike Kiosk) or inside Sentosa.
(but many Sentosa's attractions are currently empty)
