Present. The overly verbose (some would say enthusiastic) report is here. Short version: My first race, 3/8 mile laps on the oval (not the regular track), started badly, couldn't catch the lead group, got lapped halfway into the race, hung with the lead group the rest of the race, finished just behind the group but a lap down, had a great time.
