You are not buggin me at all. this entire situation has been very frustrating for our family. We just want to ensure that customers do not get taken advantage of. it is very unfortunate that this has occurred and the factory is working on trying to resolve this matter on their end as well. It has come down to a situation of "he said she said" and it seems that some people do not seem to realize that this is our family's brand - we are not just some distributor. Therefore - we do not have any problem telling people to feel free to contact the factory directly if they have questions. It is not good for our brand to continue responding to his posts, and we will not do that.
