I should add in there somewhere, "CONSISTANTLY". 100's of k every weekend, commuting miles inbetween, somehow I manage and I ride on Selle Italia SLR which at 136 grams is very minimal. 1,300 miles total or this year alone? A couple miles to the store and back every once and a while doesn't count.
