I'm not trying to excuse anyones behavior Cyclotoine, just pointing out what is (or at least was) supposed to be standard practice. I'm also no trying to come across as too critical. I just know that you sell stuff often (and have done for a while now) and Im surprised that you didn't know the drill, that's all.
