I haven't had a non-payer or complainer yet. I do very detailed descriptions and photos and I never have questions aside from when I don't post international shipping quotes.

A good ebay ad should answer any possible questions.

However I am getting worried with 4 days and no communication from one buyer and 2 buyers have failed to respond to a message I sent them after 24hours of non-communication. You'd think they'd just send a little "hey yeah.. I'll get it to you in a couple days... or it's in the mail" but as there has been some serious weather lately I am exercising patience.
