I was there that day and it was scary. The guy went absolutely nuts when we rode by him. No way I would have stopped.

Speed limit=take the lane

Slower than speed limit=move over.

That's the advice the cop gave me that day. Sounds like they are sticking to it.

The phone number thing is true... The PVPD are fasssst if you call dispatch. I grew up there, ask me how I know.
