We don't pay taxes on internet sales in the US, unless the company in headquartered in your state. It's been a contentious issue for these last few years, but no one in the government can seem to figure out how to tax it properly. Let's hope they never do.
Nashbar/Performance has stores in most states, and they add local sales tax to shipments to those states.
