Does this sound promising for a first vintage road bike?

61 cm Raleigh frame
Mavic MA 40 rims
Cinelli hubs, Stem, handlebars
Vittoria Zaffiro 700x28 cm tires (New)
Original stock built V-Brakes and Suntour Tension Shifters
12 speeds
Look Clipless pedals
Turbo Saddle
White/Seagreen color scheme

I'm 6'4" - my single speed commuter bike is a 62cm, and I feel like a 61cm should be a decent fit, especially given the inexpensive price of the bike. This would be my first vintage bike - I'm going to pick it up after work. What things to look for, and is this a good deal?
