I know its out there but I can't find it. Does anyone remember the chapter and verse for Indiana law about how many cycles I have to wait at a triggered traffic light before I can treat it as mal-functioning and move on? I've looked the usual places like massbike and ciba and they all bring up the cycling portions of the vehicle law, but even in the BMV links to the vehicle law I'm coming up empty. I remember reading it one time and I think its 2 or 3 cycles, but I don't remember. Links appreciated.
