LOL, BMV rocks, don't it. Thanks for the link. The one I'm remembering is somewhat different in that it actually describes mal-functioning signals, with one sub-definition being a sensor-controlled signal that is not switching when you are in the lane waiting. I'll read through IC9 some more and see if I find it.
