Cars that are speeding in a school zone aren't looking to mow down any kiddos either. Glad you didn't get a ticket, I mean I see your rationale, but saying that you didn't intend harm to kids doesn't mean that it couldn't have happened, which is why school zones are slower at certain times of the day anyway.
