Thanks. I notice that I shrug my shoulders alot, so I try to consciously keep relaxed. I was wearing a light pack on the last ride to carry food, tools, etc. I think next time I'll try to put all that stuff in a pouch under the saddle or something like that.

Do you find that alot of shorter rides (40 - 80 km) help your neck muscles build up strength for the long rides?
