Today I'm going to repack the headset, hubs and bb, change the cables/housing and install the fenders. My friend at work is giving me a pair of 1.25" slicks. I'll need to true/tension the wheels too they are pretty sprong-y.

For some reason I'm really excited about this bike! I just realized yesterday when it is done it totally is going to have a 90's bike messenger vibe. Especially with the long seatpost.

Keith do you guys have anymore of those Sugino cranks? Did you say they were 175s?

Do any of you guys have or know of a rigid 1" mountain bike fork for not too much coin?
yes we have more cranks and if you know how long a steerer you need I can prolly find ya a used fork for cheap...we have a bunch in the back of the shop.
