Probably the section from Concord BART up to Ygnacio intersection. Between the blue collar Soccer Moms and the thuggish, racing DVC juveniles, that road is pretty shi*ty. Any overused commute corridor for the poor, frustrated, and ignorant is going to make for dangerous cycling. Oh, and there's no bike lane, which brings out the best in the aforementioned Cretinous.
