I was a college wrestler and used to lift all the time. I don't mind it, but I would rather do things for exercise. Go rock climbing, skiing, kayaking, ride the bike.
Biking is about fitness for me, not just about biking. So are all the things I do.
I put on more muscle mass when I was working as a professional mover than any other way.
But, it comes down to time. I want to be fit and lean...30-45 min. in the gym 3 times a week is the fastest and best way.
