2008 Madone questions...

After reading this article at PezCyclingNews The Trek Madone 6.9, I wanted to find out if there was something from Trek in my price range. I looked at the whole Madone product line and, not having seen any of them in person, now have three basic questions:

1.) Am I to understand that the frames for the Madones 4.5 and 4.7 are not made in the United States? The most recent reviewer for the 4.5 mentioned this on Trek's website and I was unsure if this was accurate.

2.) Are the 4.5 and 4.7 the only two with replaceable derailleur hangers?

3.) If the frames for the entry-level Madones are made elsewhere, are the improved tube shapes and large bottom bracket included in this design (the 4.5/4.7) or are these features only available for the 5.1 frame and beyond?

Thank you for your time and patience,
Patrick
