before you ride, stretch your ITB. to stretch the right one, cross your left leg over in front of and across your right leg. then lean over to your left side, trying to touch your toes. this will stretch the outside of your right knee and right thigh. do the opposite to stretch your left ITB. ride a mile or two, hop off, and do the same thing again. solved my ITB problems
