Thanks for the reply guys...I thought that thing allowed me to adjust rails. I took off the entire seat clamp and what happened was my seat moved so far forward, it almost locked in place. I just used a rubber hammer and the clamps let came apart.

Anyhow, to me it looks like that screw doesnt do anything significant. I do however want to replace it since mine fell off (no Im not sure if I tightened it when I installed it).

Does anyone know the size of the screw yet? I think Im going to go to Lowes or somewhere to see if they have a fit.
