I was thinking along the lines of something that could be moved down out of the way when folding, to reduce the folded width. Are you familiar with the folding handlebars on a Strida? Something like that would be great. Obviously, I could just loosen the allen bolt, but that would require carrying an extra tool and would also take longer. Maybe, I'm just asking for too much!!
