It seems to be going around the Raleigh/Durham area, as you're the 3rd report of strep I've heard in the last week.
Fast & uneventful ride this morning. Legs felt better than I expected after playing 3 hours of Ultimate yesterday in the wind and then getting little sleep last night. Maybe this "stretching" thing I tried yesterday (after hearing so much about it) really works.
