I too am trying to lose some weight through riding. I tend to feel a little worn out on most days, but I try to think of it as my body being used for what it was meant for, rather than as a weight to keep my couch from getting too lonely.

It does get a bit annoying sometimes, so I take a day off to recover. I think that eventually your body gets used to all the exercise and starts to feel great, but I haven't gotten there completely. Someday soon though I am sure.
