What they ^^^^ said. If you're looking for a real Winter commuter (rack, fenders, wide/studded tires), you'll probably need to pick up a different bike or build one up from scratch. Your current frame/fork won't have the clearance you'll need. If you happen to ride a 58, then this Volpe is a good deal and a great place to start.
