A few years back, I rode in the Bicycle Tour of Colorado with a recently retired urologist. His attitude about his former patients was pretty interesting - he said that 90+% of them were fat, lazy, couch potatoes, and smokers.
He had very little respect for them when they would ask him to prescribe the "little blue pills", because their d*ck issues were caused by the fact that they were all d*ckheads with respect to their lifestyle choices.
He wished he could just tell them to turn off N-Ass-Car on the TV, and get their fat lazy butts out the door...unfortunately, insurance rules and medical ethics prevented him from delivering the "right" prescription.
