Odd you should mention this, as I was talking to an old-time bike shop owner on the Cape who used to be a Shogun distributor. He commented on the hand pin striping and lug lining.
There's a slightly later 400 out in the barn waiting for my elder daughter to grow into it. The paint isn't as nice as that on the OPs bike.
