I think benscycle.net has some designed for keirin that bolt up to three-bolt look style shoes. Look in their track/fixed gear section. Pricey, I think.
thanks- that gave me an idea and i found even more options for cleats that can be mounted on modern look pattern soles at EAI.

One thing to bear in mind, modern shoes with all the straps on the top are a tough fit into old toeclips. You may have to *carefully* bend your old Christophe's to accommodate them.

The trick is finding shoes that don't have a bunch of velcro straps that interfer with the toe strap. I've got some older Shimano shoes (circa 1999?) that have a minimal strap at the front, and work fairly well.

good point about the modern velcro stuff. i like dr. who's suggestion of the superpro. i was actually think about superpros when i found cleats at EAI's website.

i was referring to the ones that you could bolt in as opposed to the ones that you nailed into the shoe. i'm a size 43. although the adidas superpro might be a solid option, if you have any in 43, i would mind a look
