For some reason one of the cartridge bearings on my Miche primato trackhub has failed after only 3 months and I need to change it. The bike shop won't do it so I probably have to do it myself, but how do I do? So.. the bearing is like stuck in there and I don't wanna use to much force and damage the hub.

Also the axel is bent and it's impossible to get the "cone" and bolts of. Does someone know where to get that stuff? I've called several bikeshops here in Sweden and no one could help.
