Bikes: bmx and an old school bike that i have no clue what it is but i love it

what stem is on your bike and try taking the paint off the knurling on the handlebars(the part of the bars that the stem clamps too) that should help. i have also before put groves in my stem with a knife and i have never had my bars move on me
