Used to. Then I got a fixie for commuting. I didn't feel comfortable locking my roadbike outside if I had to run a short errand in the store, plus I always wanted a fixie (Actually thats the main reason). Everything I need fits in to my messenger bag so technically I can still commute on my roadie. One thing I found is that when I am dead tired coming home having that "fly wheel" effect on a fixie is really nice.
