Happened to Hamilton too...he was in California and forgot to tell the authorites where he was, so he had to turn around and get back on a plane and fly back to Colorado.

This is the whole stink with Rasmussen...he was not where he said he'd be.

Getting back to the story...yes, the tester was within the written code and was following protocol. But knowing where Van Impe was and he not knowing a test was coming up, a few hours would not have mattered.

The lack of common sense demonstrated these days is frightening.

Of course, if people didn't cheat, then there would not be a need to test.....but I digress...
