Thanks for the post JT. No I feel even worse that I can't contact them! (My problem is with the "You must provide a valid US postal address to receive support/parts." comment. Not sure why they feel someone from Montreal should be discriminated against, I bought it locally if memory serves!) Maybe you can send me your "valid US postal address" <wink><wink>

PS: I'm planning to post a picture of my actual pump. It's more than 2 years old I think. Not quite like the other one posted here. And I'll check out that other thread someone suggested earlier.
