a friend of mine was stationed in aviano italy during the late 80s early 90s and he brought back a carla it had the diamond shaped tubing like the colnago master. the bike was built in southern italy. he had down tube stickers and sold the bike a few years later. it was one of the most beautiful steel frames i have ever seen and i ride a pinarello. great craftsmanship, thanks 4 the pix it was a treat to see a carla again. true it was built by gialma "carlo" carla true he only put campy on his bikes and my friends was custom with lemonds geometry, and custom paint true piece of art hope that helps.
