Real simple thing you can do: take about 15g of whey protein about 1/2 hr. before every meal. Just stir it into half a glass of water. Then another after workout. That gives you 60g right there, which is enough to put an ovo/lacto vegetarian in the right range. It also depresses appetite. And it's cheap, compared to meat sources.
