Good on ya Tom! I managed to kick that habit five years ago. Just remember that every day, every hour, every minute you DON'T start back up; you are a non-smoker for that extra minute, hour, and day. Besides, who wants to go through all the trouble of quitting again? You lost all that weight, this is nothing.
