Sounds like Matt's bike. He is their webmaster. In full trim his bike weighs 10lbs. Not a poser either..he did the Etape last year on it.
Also sounds like Nenad. He's been known to be seen riding his R3 SL in jeans and running shoes on the way to grab a beer. He's also not a poser, and has currently begun training for the IRONMAN this summer.
And as far as saddles go, neither the standard Selle Italia SLR or the SLR XP have stitching on the top, other than down in that little "window" thingy but that is in an indent so it doesn't touch your pants. I'm nearing a year on both of my SLR saddles and not only are my pants happy my um... well they're comfortable let's leave it at that! You can get 'em cheap from Wheels of Bloor too.
Oh and Ryan is quite correct as per the pants friendly character of a Turbo saddle. I actually kept one after my crazy blowout sale which I may
ressurect (topical!!!) on my new track bike. Oops let that one slide again.
