Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Put a wide blade screwdriver between the "ears" of the clamp and twist it to spread them apart a bit while trying the seatpost. If the post is the right diameter, this should allow it to slide in.
