It's evil and unconstitutional to single out black people. Discriminating against one form of vehicular traffic over another is bad policy, not evil. Look, you have to pay a ticket for violating the law. That's it. The cops let you on your way. If you stop for the red light, you'll continue to be able to use that road. Chill. And do some research on the real Civil Rights movement. See if your library has the Eyes on the Prize DVD's.

You really need to get some perspective.
